Clear Aligner Braces in Chicago, IL
If you’re ready for a new smile that shows off perfectly aligned teeth, we offer ClearCorrect clear aligners at Ganger Family Dentistry in Chicago. ClearCorrect is a teeth-alignment system that’s an alternative to traditional metal braces. ClearCorrect uses transparent, removable, and custom-made aligners to adjust teeth into a picture-perfect smile. A patient’s teeth are transformed into a great new smile while avoiding the “metal mouth” look of traditional braces.
The Process of ClearCorrect at Ganger Family Dentistry
Getting fitted for ClearCorrect at Ganger Family Dentistry involves a full examination of your teeth, with X-rays, photos, and teeth impressions. Your complete dental record is sent to ClearCorrect, where your aligners are custom-made. Your dentist or orthodontist creates your treatment plan with you.
With ClearCorrect treatment, you’ll wear aligners over four phases of adjustment. Each phase calls for a new set of aligners. Each set is worn for three weeks. After each set, you’ll have the opportunity to make requests about adjustments.
How it Works
Except for eating and drinking, you’ll wear ClearCorrect aligners all the time. You will also remove them for daily flossing and brushing sessions. You will visit your dentist periodically, so you can have your progress evaluated. You’ll get your next set of ClearCorrect aligners then.
Treatment time depends on the severity of teeth misalignment but runs from one to two years. There are three plans available:
- Limited 6: Your dentist provides you with up to 6 sets of aligners.
- Limited 12: You receive up to 12 sets of aligners.
- Unlimited: Patients are provided with as many aligners needed to complete treatment
The cost of treatment is dependent on the option, with the “Unlimited” option being the most expensive.
ClearCorrect works for the following conditions:
- Crowded teeth with mild to moderate crowding
- Gaps or spacing between teeth
- Rotated teeth
- Crooked teeth
Your dentist at Ganger Family Dentistry can tell you if ClearCorrect is right for you. Typically, ClearCorrect works best with mild to moderate cases of crowding or misalignment. If you’re ready for a new smile and a comfortable, custom-made alignment treatment program, see your dentist in Chicago.
